Withdrawal requestsMinimum SAR 50. Any amount above SAR 5,000 needs a second approver — a different admin — before a payment can be recorded. The IBAN holder name must match the buyer's verified name before approval, and revealing the full IBAN is written to the audit log.
Work withdrawal requests manually: the amount is already held, so approve, reject, or record the payment with its bank reference. The system never moves the money itself — recording a payment only logs a transfer a human made externally.
