OTO wallet reconciliation“Awaiting a window” means the check is not due yet — not that the line is clean. P1 lines and an unreadable balance clear themselves once the evidence arrives; a roll-forward mismatch, an unlinked movement, a duplicate debit and a negative balance stay with Finance until a human closes them.
The daily check compares the OTO wallet balance with the shipment movements of the Riyadh business day. Finance reviews only the lines the check flags and records a resolution kind for each. Nothing is ever booked to Joodha automatically.
