Feature flagsEvery runtime flag with its effective value and where that value comes from. Some flags cannot be armed here: arming them needs an environment change plus a restart, so the boot coherence guards always vet them. Every change is reason-required and audited; money flags need dual-control.
Flags are grouped by domain, money first. The source badge says where the effective value comes from: pinned in the environment, changed from this console, the environment variable, or the built-in default.
